I just moved out of this place because I'm moving into a house and don't need a storage unit anymore but if I ever do need one again I will use Rancho Storage Center. The staff was always super nice, helpful, and whenever I needed to arrange a time to use the moving truck, it was super easy and available at a cheaper price than a uhaul. Before leaving, my storage unit garage door fell off the track and did some damage which led me to think that I may be charged some kind of fee if they thought I broke it. Nope. There was no fee, they just gave notice, scheduled a time to fix it, and communicated how the best way to go about it while storage still occupies the space. Overall this is a great place and deserves five stars from the moment I called asking questions about the place to leaving.

We just rented a unit and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The process was smooth and quick and we were pleasantly surprised as we have never had to rent a unit before and didn’t know the process. Thank you for your time and courtesies.

My whole experience at Rancho was above and beyond. The property manager was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend using Rancho for all your storing and buying needs. The in-town U-haul was an bonus and a life saver. 11/10.

Great place: Clean, secure, and friendly/helpful staff. I was a previous customer before moving to a new house in a different city, but when I found myself in need of a heated 10X20 storage space, Rancho was the only place I considered even with several storage facilities much closer to my home. Laurie manages a great location!

I found myself needed a storage unit for just a couple weeks as I transitioned between apartments. They were super helpful, they were month to month rentals and had a truck I could use to make the move. Totally loved my experience here.

Online signup was easy and signing paperwork in the office was fast. Unit was clean and just what I was looking for.

Laurie was exceptional and clear with customer service. Such a relief to have all the ammenities available! She was even able to get me a moving truck last minute. Awesome awesome awesome

Moving everything from my apartment into storage was already stressful with two small kids in tow, and they where so helpful. They where very respectful and understanding about my concerns with making sure the unit was heated so nothing got destroyed in these wet months. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Rancho Storage to check on pricing. Laurie was super helpful so I made arrangements to go by and take a look at a few units. Again, Laurie was super helpful and took us to the units we needed to see. She told us that they offer a one time use of their box truck for free. All we need to do is put gas in it. We are in the process of emptying a large home and preparing for a move. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service we have received. I read on their website that they will accept packages for their customers. Today, I took some things to the unit we rented at Rancho and stopped in the office to ask Laurie about having a rather large and heavy package delivered. She explained the process and even offered to put it the unit behind the office if we are unable to be there when it's delivered! We got a free lock when we rented the unit, too. I am extremely happy with Rancho Storage and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a place to store things. Moving is stressful and they really help make this part of it easy and stress-free!

Great place to store! Close in town, clean, friendly staff, secure. One time I didn't put my lock on securely, and the staff put their own lock on to secure the unit and called me to let me know so I could fix it. I moved during the time I used the unit and purchased moving supplies there, such a convenience! I highly recommend them.
