I'll start with the positives. The unit is awesome and has very high ceilings that allow me to store my 12' paddle board vertically. Staff are always kind and helpful and I've always been able to access the unit when needed. The only, but huge, negative is the price increases. We've had the unit for almost 30 years. The cost has significantly increased-and often. We are considering researching other options.

I have rented from Ranch Storage for some time. Very good service, response to questions and good customer service. I recommend any of their storage facilities.

They have always been super accommodating and while the prices have gone up (naturally) the units are worth it.

Very nice storage unit

This storage center is great. The woman who runs it is friendly and polite. The units are nice and clean and I haven't seen a single bug or rat yet and I've had my storage unit there for almost a year now. The prices here are not just comparable but outright cheaper than a lot of storage centers here in Kennewick. So if you find yourself having to move or just need a little extra space at home then give this place shot, you won't be sorry if you do!

The manager was very helpful, had a smile on her face, explained everything in the contract to me and made sure my code for the gate worked! Definitely would recommend.

Super pleasant lady runs the office. I love that you can sign up and pay for your rental online. Moved here and was able to get a secure place quick and very easily. Great security and cleanliness too.

The process of getting a storage unit for all my Girl Scout was so easy. Manager is super sweet and I love how clean and tidy the place it. I am looking forward to having an empty garage soon! Haha

Gate doesn't work sometimes and is left open

This was a great place to store my stuff. I used this storage center for a few months while getting a move set up, I was charged half price upon set up, and when staff noticed my unit empty they kindly stopped billing me for it despite how late I was in contacting them to let them know I didn't need it (policy would usually dictate they'd charge me for the following month). I'd 100% recommend to anyone looking for a secure place, and great customer service.

The employees here are very courteous and helpful. The storage units are are a fair price and easily accessible. Property is secure and gated. I would recommend that you give them a call the next time your doing somelsome spring cleaning and need a little extra room in your garage.

Upon the change in management at Lincoln Mini storage, my experiences have been both positive and life changing. For example, I had encountered some financial difficulties under the previous ownership and when Christie took over as the manager, she took it upon herself to patiently and graciously work with me in diminishing my debt. In addition, I found her kind hearted disposition and consideration for others to be unparalleled and unsurpassed in that I have never come across a Manager or person employed within a business who displays such kindness, compassion, integrity and concern for the people in whom she serves. Therefore, I would strongly recommend this facility as a place to store one's belongings.
